Valencia Basket begins its fourth Euroleague on the court of a renovated Khimki Moscow Region
Valencia Basket returns to the Turkish Airlines Euroleague for its fourth participation in the main continental competition against its most frequent rival in Europe and a track in which it has never won, that of the Khimki Moscow Region (Friday 13, 19: 00h, Mytishchi Arena, Movistar Sports 1). The most classic duel of the EuroCup gives the leap to the Euroleague in which will be the first experience of the team Taronja in the new format of League of 30 matches. The coach Txus Vidorreta will not be able to count in this match with three of his players, Fernando San Emeterio, Antoine Diot and Latavious Williams, who will remain in Valencia to continue with the treatment of their respective injuries. A meeting with the most intimate rival of the European trajectory of Valencia Basket, in which captain Rafa Martínez will become the first player in the history of the Club to play the Euroleague with the team taronja in three different editions.
